Useful Information

Shoes

Most people will be standing throughout the ceremony and although it won't be too long, we would highly recommend ladies wear flat shoes or wedges. Men, feel free to wear high heels.

Dogs

Sadly no dogs are permitted on site at the Old Pavilion. We have been granted special permission to have Buddy on site but that's it unfortunately.

Glasses

The Old Pavilion has a "No Glass On Grass!" policy, so on the day we will using Vegware compostable glasses. We apologise in advance for the wine glasses and lack of clinking!

Gifts

We are both of an age where we've got enough stuff to fill two houses, so we don't really need any gifts (unless of course you own a Ford Capri restoration garage and give out gift tokens). In the naffest possible way, your presence is present enough. So please don't feel like you need to give us anything, although we will have a standard issue honeymoon fund collection box on site.

Seriously, we just want everyone to have a great time and a memorable weekend!

Travel

We won't be putting on travel between the ceremony and the reception, but there will be plenty of people making the journey, so if you need a lift, please let us know and we'll try and hook you up with a ride.

Arrival Times

Ceremony: 1.30pm for a 2pm start at Bicton Botanical Gardens.
Reception: Arrive back no later than 5pm.

Taxi Numbers

We'd advise anyone staying off site to book taxis in advance. Although Honiton is not a backwater, it is a small town.
